GERMAN TEAM COACH SINCE 2022

As the proud coach of the Senior German National Team since 2022, I am dedicated to sharing unlimited knowledge to support our federation in achieving medals at the World Games. With a primary focus on acceleration, speed, and technique within the pack, we foster a positive team dynamic and atmosphere.

In our journey towards success, we prioritize the development of each individual athlete, recognizing that their contributions strengthen the team as a whole. Through daily collaboration, mutual support, and a blend of respect, enjoyment, and professionalism, we strive to reach our goals together.

WORLD SKATE INSTRUCTOR LEVEL 1 2 AND 3

Over the past three years, I've played a key role in crafting technical content for the World Skate Academy. I invite you to explore their diverse range of content, which not only delves into technical aspects but also covers various coaching topics.

POWERSLIDE TEAM AND PRODUCT MANAGER FROM 2021 TO 2024

Working alongside the best in the field is always a privilege, and managing the POWERSLIDE VESMACO team for four years has been an absolute honor. Being able to collaborate with exceptional skaters such as Bart Swings, Felix Rijhnen, and Gabriela Rueda has been invaluable for continuous learning and growth.

During my tenure as a product manager, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking skates like the ACCEL for POWERSLIDE, under the guidance of Matthias Knoll. This experience was truly mind-blowing, as it allowed me to explore innovative approaches and push the boundaries of material technology.

Even now, as I continue my journey with POWERSLIDE as an ambassador and video content creator, I remain deeply committed to pushing the limits and sharing my passion for skating with others.

FRENCH YOUTH NATIONAL COACH FROM 2010 TO 2021

Over the span of more than 10 years, I had the privilege of coaching the Youth National French Team, along with active involvement in numerous development programs and coach certification initiatives for the federation. This experience has been truly remarkable, providing me with invaluable insights and learnings from both fellow top sports champions and coaches within this esteemed federation.

3 books available

I authored three books in French, recounting my personal stories and offering valuable advice. These books serve as a resource for young skaters and parents who wish to understand the life of an inline skater. They are available in physical form at stores, with the first book also being accessible as an ebook in English and Spanish.

Olympian in Vancouver 2010

In 2006, I made a late transition to ice racing, which presented me with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to conclude my career on a positive note. Representing France at the Olympics was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. Despite being less naturally gifted for ice sports and realizing I was far from medal contention, the journey towards this achievement taught me invaluable lessons and enriched my life in profound ways.

PRO SKATER FOR POWERSLIDE IN 2006 AND 2007

After spending eight years with the prestigious SALOMON team, I had the privilege of being instrumental in the formation of the first POWERSLIDE racing team, where I spent two seasons. This transition marked a significant chapter in my career, allowing me to continue pursuing my passion for racing at the highest level with a new team and fresh challenges.

WINNING THE 1ST "MASS START" DEMO IN 2006

In addition to achieving commendable results in ice marathon events, one of my most notable performances undoubtedly took place at Thialf. The race culminated in an intense finish, delivering an exhilarating spectacle for all involved.

3x WORLD CHAMPION IN 2005 (Suzhou China)

In my final World Championship appearance in 2005, I had the privilege of earning three gold medals out of four races. It was a remarkable achievement and a fitting culmination to my competitive career at the highest level of racing.

PRO SKATER FOR SAAB-SALOMON FROM 1998 TO 2005

Undoubtedly, my experience as a professional athlete for such a prestigious brand has been the most transformative and enriching journey of my life. It has elevated my level of professionalism to heights I never imagined possible.

WORLD CHAMPION 500M in 2002

Securing my fifth world champion title in the 500m event for the third consecutive year was an incredible achievement, especially on the legendary and swift track of Oostend.

3x WORLD CHAMPION 2001

Racing in the World Championship in Valence d'Agen, France, and bringing home three gold medals stands as one of the pinnacle moments of my skating career. Winning the 500m on the track, the 500m on the road, and the 1000m on the road fulfilled a dream that instilled a belief in myself unlike any other experience before.

As an athlete, it's difficult to comprehend just how crucial self-confidence is until we experience it firsthand. Now, as a coach, I am committed to helping every skater believe in themselves and in their own dreams and potential. It's a journey I'm passionate about, driven by the profound impact that self-belief can have on achieving extraordinary goals.

WORLD CHAMPION 500m in 1999

My inaugural major dream accomplishment unfolded in Santiago de Chile in 1999, where I conquered a challenging and slippery parabolic track.
